Our Knightguard Middleweight is the preferred choice for most people with moderate teeth grinding. Many customers have found that this guard is the best combination of both comfort and durability. Approximately 2 mm in thickness.
Our Knightguard Heavyweight is the most durable option if you are a heavy grinder and show more most severe symptoms. 1. Make sure your teeth are clean and dry
2. Make sure to mix the putty together quickly, but thoroughly. There should be no streaks of the two colors, just one solid purple color
3. Place your thumb towards the back teeth and use your thumb to press in the putty, rather than biting down.
The night guard is best cleaned with some toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. Scrub for 30 seconds every night and in the morning.
